HAROLD JONES

Harold Jones is a professor emeritus from East Carolina University. He served as Professor and Chair of the Instrumental Music Department. He is an active clinician, adjudicator, and performer. He has appeared in performances throughout the United States, Western Europe, the former Soviet Union, and the Near East. While at East Carolina University, his performance organizations appeared at both regional and national meetings. Former students are currently performing with recognized symphony orchestras and teaching at the college level.

His professional affiliations include the Music Educators National Conference, National Association of College Wind and Percussion Instructors, College Band Directors National Association, and the National Board of Directors for the Percussive Arts Society.
