Tar River Childrens Chorus

The Tar River Children’s Chorus is comprised of students from fourth through twelfth grades. The Cantare choir is composed of singers in grades 4th through 6th grades,  and the Concert Chorus features singers in grades 7 through 12.  Auditions are required for membership and they take place each summer.  There 88 members this year.

The chorus has traveled to New York City, Charlotte, Bruton Parish at Colonial Williamsburg, the National Cathedral as well as many locations throughout North Carolina to compete and perform.
